I agree but that’s the difference between machine learning, deep learning and true artificial general intelligence. GPT-3 is in a way only a thesaurus with biases that can redistribute its data set well enough as a tool. Right now you can build one of these language models like GPT-J for free if you’ve got the hardware to run it. It won’t be truly sentient but it’s a decent tool. Try out jasper.ai for a decent GPT3 from 2019 data set. GPT 4 will be closer to AGI.
