Yes, which was made worse last year. This is why the Fed can't raise rates appreciably once we've recovered, and why rates have trended downward prior to this past year when you compare the peak rates in each business cycle. The number of zombie corporations have been growing for years, globally, not just in the US.

Inflation caused by sustained labor market participation and real wage growth, as the Fed defines it, has also been on a downward trend for years. Of course, that side steps the inflation we see due to supply-demand imbalances from last year.
