The purchaser/s of the warrants no longer need to convert to common in order to receive those rights.

People use cash accounts to trade SPY 0 dtes, unlimited daytrades and cash settles the next trading day (sell Tuesday, cash is ready Wednesday morning). Only limitation is if you traded so much in a day you run out of settled cash, but 0 dtes are cheap. Even a deep ITM 80 delta call is around 300 because it's almost all intrinsic value.
