Filter out anything that doesn't have positive "DGR 5Y" on the sheet. Choose the largest divergence between "5yr Avg Yield" and "Current Div", obviously aiming to have a higher current dividend than average dividend. Those are your buy targets. Use "Debt/Capital" as the tiebreaker.

Also, don't buy 75 stocks trying to "average dividend" to death. Less than 10. I hold 5.

I just listed everything I own. Just glancing at it, the portfolio looks fine. Maybe even overdiversified for my liking. The biggest red flag I see is that you are paying a 5%+ premium on NAV. If you're comfortable with that premium, then it looks like a winner. Really comes down to your own situation.
