>in September insiders in the company as well as their largest institutional investor have starting buying up share like crazy, worth tens of millions of dollars
>has barely any retail viability, owned almost entirely by insiders and big institutions
Assuming they know something about the results of the lawsuit or a future therapeutic. Either way could see some really big gains in the coming weeks / months
