This can be solved by fair launches of PoS chains with accessible, well advertised presales and limiting the ability of VCs to dump on retail by various means. PoW centralizes based on investment capital anyway, so it needlessly wastes energy and resources like GPUs without ultimately solving the "problem" of centralization.

I’ve made a nerdy interest page on twitter and have grinded up to 14 followers. I know that’s not a lot but I only had 3 followers last week. For the first time yesterday when i brought some crypto from an exchange it was blocked, and I got a phone call from my bank. Before she would unblock the payment, I had to listen to a lecture for 10 minutes about scams, crypto is "le bad" and how she recommends I don't buy it.

Anyone else had this happen before? I brought alot of crypto in 2019 and never once had this happen.
