In 50-100 years the average house will cost $1,000,000 but no one will care because the average income will be $300,000/year.

Interest rates will continue to trend towards 0% (and negative real-rates), inflation will continue to happen just like it has for centuries, and unless something truly catastrophic happens (like a meteor hitting the Earth) the people in charge are going to continue propping everything up

I have around $1600 in UPS and $400 in AQB. Should I just say fuck it and take the small loss on both of them and put it somewhere else? I'd much rather have another $2k in SOXL or something
