What this shows is that they're fighting for a share in the auto industry.
SO it looks like they're taking a multifaceted approach to getting business in the next decade. There are FUNDEMENTAL reasons to believe their business will do well in the next several years.

This does look to be very promising for their business and for any investors out there tho. Not to mention they're going to be awarded at minimum 25% of the 5G contracts in Italy from what I read last week. Largely because the Chinese company isn't looked on favorably by Italy's international interests for security reasons.
