>is there a decent potential for it to start swinging down hard before next January?
everything has the potential to swing down hard before next January

you're a faggot retard I'll give you one last shot. Again, look to Italy.
>ICU admissions and surge are the issue
>California needs to fund their pensions and their stupid shit
>California must reopen or face bankruptcy and is therefore rush opening
>Per Italy Regular (full) economic activity + corona related ICU admissions can easily cripple a health system without flexible resources
>commiefornia likely must fully reopen, they will have one of four outcomes
>1. There is a spike of ICU admissions that does not overwhelm their systems S rank job! Everything's fine.
>2. There is a spike of ICU admissions that overwhelms their systems. F- job. The Feds step in and take over and you look like a disgrace.
>3. There is not a spike of ICU admissions because it's literally a nothingburger. Stunning and brave! S+ dood!
>4. There is not a spike of ICU admissions because there was not enough activity resumed and you're fucked because the tax revenues you need are not being generated. You will take loans from the FED and have to weather the storm until economic activity resumes. Your taxes will increase greatly and you will likely need to file for bankruptcy without more federal stimulus. D rank.
Based on the information we have, the likely scenarios are going to be 2 and 4. It's documented across Europe. There's outbreaks in middle America. Deaths don't matter. ICU paralysis is what matters. We don't have enough data to rush a re-opening. The surge capacity of the united states medical system has not been tested. The news about caps not being hit is due to the fact that we were balancing one plate with training wheels in our hand. A reopening is two plates on sticks.

I wouldn't condone that likely profitable venture. I expect this tier of posters for US open market hours. this is pathetic.

yeah, the CARES act is a fucking mess. it should not have been a flat $600. those policy makers need to get shot, especially when we don't have the employee side payroll tax cut. absolutely ridiculous. I bet an eight of that fucking 600 went straight to the fucking equities market and fucking USO.
