It's a little more complicated lol, I kinda glazed over some stuff. Therion is/is in the sephirah Chokmah and Babalon is/is in Binah (where the City of Pyramids is, where Magicians go when the die), when they fugg they pierce the abyss/Da'ath downwards (this is the lightning flash of creation). The Prince occupies the sephirah Chesed through Yesod, confining the Princess to Malkuth, the lower world, the microcosm (kind of related to the concept of Hadit). After their union Therion and Babalon ascend to the Monad, Kether, and dissolve, becoming one with everything/the Godhead. This is the Vitriol spoken of by alchemists. When the Princess (lower, earthly) begins her union with the Prince (first through Yesod, the moon, then the rest of the planets) they dissolve too, into the Blood of the Saints. This fills the cup of Babalon, and she becomes drunk and wanton, and rides Therion again. It all happens simultaneously and eternally, it's hard to explain since it's a literal divine theological mystery, it's meant to be outside the understanding of men.
