hmmm... my thinking was that with the excessive ETF-ization of the market, that buying things connected to the indexes was good. On a heavy index dip, you can buy the best stocks and best companies in a sector that are getting unfairly punished.

I was a coward not to do so with MRK, but at least I snagged some JNJ and MA.

I think the FB verdict was seen as bullish, because the matter is finally settled and $5 billion isn't all that devastating for them.

I am legit concerned about the boomer retirement "crisis," and yes, maybe I'm a little resentful of the boomers after all the talk of lazy/entitled millennial snowflakes. But I think it's fair to be critical of the boomers, and so few people are.
