Much more plausible reason for the moon is the imminent crash of the stock market, which conveniently will get a resolution around the time of the crash I feel (only speculation based on inner instincts). Poeple keep forgetting that no matter the outcome of the SEC case, XRP and Ripple will come out ahead even if they get fined for several millions. Why? Because it's the first crypto of it's kind that's targeted at improving banks/transfers/institutional workings AND the SEC case will provide clarity and ensure there's no kikery. When/If that happens Ripple will look A LOT more lucrative and the clear option for a lot of big players causing the price to spike
