Plans I have had since 2013 are fucked.

I could have bought a house for like 40k prior to covid. I held out buying a house because I wanted a warehouse. set my business in stone. all the fucking boomer landlords are "i know what I got' fuckers they want top dollar and the ability to kick you out at the same time.

I made like 90k a year 2020-2022, and I worked maybe 12 hours a week on average.

everything is fucked now. prices has destroyed all my margins. labor is through the roof. warehouses are 3x the price. my credit card is 40% APR, and good luck getting money from a bank.

the "you will own nothing and be happy' kikes have won. literally shit i've been working on for a decade is all gone because I was late by a year or two.

>financially speaking life is a bit of a disaster, don't own a home, share a rented apartment, earn a moderate income but the city I live in is very expensive and even a pair of doctors wouldn't be able to afford an actual house
>drive a shitbox car in need of a few thousand worth of repairs
>job is okay I guess, it's slightly dead end so I'm kind of thinking about taking up a degree part time but that would be challenging to fit in around work hours as I do shift work that often changes short notice
>have a girlfriend who genuinely adores me and would follow me to the ends of the earth, we've known each other for four years now and first met when I was working for near minimum wage in a warehouse and doing weekends stacking alcohol in the duty free section of the airport
>downside is that she's a migrant from the Philippines (white girls weren't really ever interested in me for some reason)
It's difficult to put my finger on exactly why, but I'm more and more often finding that I just feel totally unenthusiastic about life. I've temporarily given up on engaging in hobbies actively because I'm savemaxxing for an apartment to try and escape the gauntlet that is renting here.

A big part of me is questioning whether I should split up with the girl and just move on. It's been four years and I still can't imagine settling down with her and having kids. Feel like I'd be very lonely without her around though, since the very few friends I do have are spread out across the entire country. She can be kind of dim at times but she's sweet and adorable and has stuck with me through thick and thin, no matter what.

I guess it's difficult for anyone to give me advice, so I'm more or less ruminating. But sometimes I get the feeling that such a woman is worth her weight in gold and I'd be delusional to let it go. Thoughts?
