Instead of the usual wage slavery, I'm looking for crypto projects where I can contribute in exchange for their coins.

What are such projects? Cardano supposedly has a treasury, couldn't find shit. Same deal with Energi, but I cannot understand how that shit works, and the project is probably dead anyways.
Is there not a project that just flat out exchanges coins for code?
