Hey guys, how do you all keep calm and stay so ballsy in the crypto market? I'm a beginner, I've just put some money into the 32% APY fixed stake deal on AVAX and I've decided to average in on BTC then play the pumpndumps on alt-coins on the weekends, will probs average in on alt-coins that start to show stability perhaps (thinking AVAX, DOT n ADA for now)

I'm dealing with spare money that I've never really had before, and everytime I buy into a coin I get sweaty and feel the need to constantly check the price and panic. I find it hard to think to the next weeks, months, etc where even a coin at ATH right now can still improve in the future (look at DOGE). But I know deep down that these coins are on an upwards momentum, becoming widely adopted, and apart from scamcoins, theyre all gonna rise over months.

I always get FUD and want to pull out on coins within hours. I've done that a few times now.

What do you lads do to keep sane/calm/secure in your feelings of going long on coins?

I'm only investing with chump change to practice thank god, I think i bought at the peak near enough.

Where do people go to find out what the schedule is for coins coming out on Binance? I was lucky enough to tune into Binance today an hour after market opening on this coin but I want to be in earlier in the future ofc
