Will COIN ever recover? Is NVDA unironically over? I didn't think any of the recent info was really bearish at all but seems like the market doesn't know what to do with itself

It's probably a bad time to buy calls, right? I see some of you here doing it but I'm guessing that you're mostly gambling

Definitely starting to take profits here. I think things could continue to run, even for another year, but looking at 2019-2023 we tend to see a 3+ month correction when things get this high and I really don't want to hold through another 2022

I usually don't care too much about MACD and RSI but those metrics are looking pretty toppish on Nasdaq and the S&P. The only other times we were around these levels in the last few years were summer 2021 and summer 2023, both preceding pretty significant corrections that lasted at least three months. What's the play this time? I know it's impossible to predict but even if NVDA beats earnings and raises guidance, it and the rest of the tech sector are up huge YTD and could drop hard from here without blowing the companies up. SOXS? UVXY??

Oh boy how i will laugh at these posts when it reaches a billy. I put a few hundred bucks into this and will be heartbroken if your extremely schizophrenic and unlikely scenario happens. You have zero clue of risk vs. reward, do you?

There is no cycle.

Everybody thinking that crypto is just gonna keep on bouncing up and down like a money trampoline forever is deluded. We're gonna be trading a lot more like the stock market now, a steadier trend.

This means that AVAX will slowly develop over time.

$1000 is a decent target, but it won't stop there.

I'm a self-employed sound engineer and I got asked to do a pretty cool gig. It's through a group of people I know fairly well, so at first everything was just a friendly "let's just get it on the calendar and we can talk rates and everything else later". Now, the gig is coming up this weekend and everything has been addressed except for how much I'm getting paid. Do I just send them an email and tell them how much I expect to get paid? Like a "hey, just wanted to confirm my standard rate of ___ is alright with you before the show" kind of thing? Do I say nothing and just invoice them after the gig? Any wisdom appreciated

Unironically, does SOXL actually have a chance of ever getting back to the 30-40 range? Asking for a friend with an average in the 20s

Does anyone here actually invest for the long term? Like, you DCA and plan on holding for 5 or 10 or 30 years? Faggot bears like to gloat but when you get into their strategy you realize that they have time horizons of like 6 months tops. I genuinely don't think the global economy is going to collapse, and that we'll be out of this dogshit bearish phase sooner rather than later. Please I just need some sensible hopium.

>can you trade on Japanese or Australian exchanges as an American?
Yeah. If company is popular enough there is usually an OTC listing for it on US exchange so you don't have to do foreign exchange to buy on actual nikkei or straya kangaroo market. Speaking of foreign exchange, if you really insist on trading (nearly) all the time, forex is that.
