boost from china trade deal. china stronk and yuropoor gets rainbow monies that spill over. The dollar hedge works only if you are a country where your sovereign debt is mostly denominated in greenbacks.

>Does that mean the 2 million will go towards their revenue this quarter and affect their EPS?
The revenue will not be booked this quarter. Long term contracts like this earn revenue by the percentage of completion method. You can treat the revenue as equal parts over 36 months for dcf, but that is not how it will be in the financial statements.

>What happens to the economy and the value of the dollar when the treasury spends more $$$ on less bonds?
I am assuming you mean paying higher interest rates for bonds. This would increase the risk free rate for lending throughout the country. That means higher borrowing costs which removes some liquidity from the system. The result is less growth to potential slowdown. The value of the dollar would depend on what's going on in other countries. If return rates are better in US then increase value of dollar.
>What countermeasures would the Fed/treasury/government likely take?
Fed would likely lower or stay the same.
Treasury has to sell bonds and doesn't have a lot of choices.
The government would circle jerk like they always do.

Hey /biz/
Instead of focusing on which bags to hold, why not get this more business related? With the introduction of cryptocurrency, there's a whole new niche business space opening up. Lets brainstorm some crypto related business ideas.

I'll start with a couple:
> Enabling small businesses to accept crypto as payment, and managing these cryptos and/or helping them turn it into cash. Lots of these old fucks aren't going to know how to accept this method of payment or how to turn it into cash. Surely a fee can be collected for this?

> Mobile app that's basically an app wrapped for a bitcoin faucet like chopcoin. People find out about playing a game to earn free bitcoins through the app, signup with your referral code, and sit back and collect mass referral commissions from googles/apples free exposure

> Middle-manning crypto exchanges. I.E. hey Mr.Rodgers, give me $100 and I'll give you $90 in bitcoin and setup a wallet on a flashdrive for you. Pocket the $10 in bitfucks

lets hear em /biz/
