I got up at 2 am to drive 6 hours to site with a broken piece of shit company truck. My trailer was too heavy for the truck and i warned them. Now the transmission is blown. After driving 6 hours I got to site and had to do the painters job because there are no painters in this shithole I'm in or my company is being cheap. 10 hours later I passed out and now I have to go install a headwall on a culvert 3 hours away. I'm a second year and in 3 years I'm already a foreman/super. I fucking hate this company so much. I'm not being paid enough for this shit. 28/hr is a joke.
