To be honest, there's none I can recommend with full faith.
I love RIDE, because their CEO is an all around great guy, their management team is stellar, and they have a huge factory with backing from GM. They are a bit overpriced because they are a meme EV company, but if they can deliver, they will be one of the more successful EV companies.
GEVO looks like a great speculative buy, based on Biden hypes and the fact that their technology is actually good. Their financials are also sound. Then again they are also ridiculously overvalued, and can implode in a downturn fast.
I have some puts on TSLA and will buy some on oil stocks, but buying puts is kind of stupid in the bullmarket, so I don't recommend.
I have some biomemes too, but noone here has stomach for those, so I'm not even going to bother.
The rest of my money is in TQQQ, and I just let it rip.

Do you know the difference between exiting a short position and covering it? You exit by buying shares, you cover by buying calls.
