Premier National Bolshevik philosopher and activist, he's kind of a big meme but kind of not. His (and Liminov's) work used to be mega controversial and suppressed for being too nationalistic and crazy, but after Putin wrangled the oligarchs he's rumored to have taken a liking to it. Think of him kind of like Trump:Bannon::Putin:Dugin. A lot of the stuff he says is flat out impossible, but it presents a really interesting alternative strategy for Russia to preserve and expand it's power during the next hundred years. Nobody in the west is really sure how seriously he's taken in Russian government, but he's required reading among Russian military officers and a lot of the war in Donbass seems straight out of his plans.
I'm more interested in him since he's a litoral wizard, he has a really crazy left-hand path occult system he practices while at the same time espousing a return to traditional Orthodox christianity among the people. What could that mean? He also obsessively reads a lot of """hip""" accelerationist philosopher-magicians from the west, and makes really funny videos talking about secret black suns within the earth and resisting the flow of magickal time.
