It depends, what do you plan to do with the extra cash? If it's just to have few more worthless USD getting inflationed away you'd better keep the coin. If it's to purchase some gold/silver i'd say go for it since they are lagging behind for the moment.
Also plat main use is for catalytic converters, and combustion engines seems to have a pretty grim future (even though the whole EV meme is just a fucking farce so far), so the traders will probably end up shorting plat sooner or later.

How can we explain the diminishing demand for silver in industrial fabrication from 2011 onward? It's not a big decline but still, i find it kinda surprising.
