Hybrid for now, but I live an hour away from the office and it's like an actual dungeon. Cold, dark, and no windows. So demoralizing. I wish I could find something else, but I don't have the confidence or the willpower to job hunt. Job hunting is demoralizing too.

Companies, especially smaller ones, want to create an illusion that everyone is "family" there but in reality it's just a means to take advantage of the employees. It's about control more than anything. They want your free time too.
