Nah. I've been eyeing this for a while and looking at the trade history I think someone's been trying to set up a pump since it got on ED and utterly failing. The most he can do it keep it stable by buying a ton of DRGN at inflated prices and you can tell it's one guy by looking at the addresses in the FROM column. Also remember eth is being raped too so the value of drgn despite being within the 5-6 range is a lot less since it got listed.
The team is reallybanking on the disney brand but disney dropped this. Just a couple of former disney employees seeing the blockchain/crypto blow up so they took it up again since it was open source.

It's also a non profit organization.
