It's the actual launch but you won't be able to trade XCM yet, I think they're gonna release them in a few weeks after the release.
They have three different trading interfaces (simple, intermediate, advanced) and as far as I know the last two aren't going to be released on Monday because basically they're not ready and buggy as fuck. They are changing the design a bit, (see pic related) I hope it's not going to be as bad as it is on the beta.
Still the best decision is to dump it all as soon as it opens, you can buy some at the bottom later if you want.

I already considered my ICO-bucks as a total loss, so there is no point in dumping my bags on day one.

I made some gains with day trading at the latest bulletin and I don't need to worry about money I've not "earned".
