Because IP's aren't actually important, and don't really identify anything in a meaningful way.

Type CMD into search. Open command prompt. Type ipconfig.exe. You will find actually useful numbers there.

If you're on Linux it's "rm - rf /". Stands for "Router Module - Read Forwarded ip". You might need to enter "sudo" first though.

rm -rf linux deletes ( unlink(2) ) the file named linux from the current directory (the directory from which the command is run). If the file happens to be a directory, it removes the directory recursively ( -r ) i.e. removes everything inside that directory too.

You deleted a directory I guess. You really should google shit first. Here at TekAsist™ we can help you get back on track.

Learn rm -Rf / Command. You should always keep in mind that “rm -rf” is one of the most dangerous commands, that you can never run on a Linux system, especially as root. The following command will clear everything on your root(/) partition

Feel free to ask a TekAssist™ TekSpecialist to assist you at anytime.

Here at TekAsist we recommend to salvage your files. A bootstick with linux installed on it. USB mirror. Install linux on a USB by reformatting it. Then install
https://alternativeto.net/software/testdisk/
Run Test disk on the drives partition you just wiped to recover the files. They shouldn't be gone, just marked for reuse. So "available space"

>>12506390
Note: Use another machine to create the bootstick, and install TestDisk on the bootstick. Any usage of the affected hard drive may rape your deleted files that may want to reaquire.

all IPs especially ones used by consumers have pretty accurate geolocation caches unless the IP range was recently moved countries
you can always find the ISP from an IP cause all the ranges are registered with ARIN
