Anyway, if you want to spread REAL FUD you should be talking about the motion to dismiss decision that happened yesterday. Only part of the motion to dismiss was accepted. The lawsuit against Ripple claiming XRP is a security is going forward. We'll have to wait on a ruling for that. If it's found to be a security XRP is donezo.

I don't think it will be (and am heavily biased due to my XRP holdings), but it could spell the end if it is
