Still, Im not buying so far. I think we should wait for another dip now that selling pressure is mounting. Then we see where we are at and then we can go back in.

Unless it dumps another 30%. Then god have mercy on us all.

checked as well. liquidity in market evolves with growing stigma of an upcoming "significant" setback to economy. you can't predict pandemic to travel across the world when WHO nullifies them on January 14th and then goes back on their word 2 weeks later.

The official Nintendo store is sold out of all stock, including the refurbished model that was on sale just a couple of days ago. It’s not much better at other providers, either, which has filled social media with fan frustration.

Most of Amazon’s stock, from the standard model to the Switch Lite, aren’t available. Third-party Amazon sellers have stock, but you can expect to pay up to $100 more than the retail price, depending on the model, and many of them aren’t available with memory cards.

Best Buy’s listings vary; some are out of stock, others can only be found in curbside store pickup, though locations may be cleaned out. (In New York, for example, Best Buy’s website says it cannot find anything near me within 250 miles!) Many listings on eBay, meanwhile, are up for nearly double the Nintendo Switch’s base price.
NVIDIA's Tegra revenue rose from $1.53 billion in fiscal 2018 to $1.54 billion in 2019. But in the first half of fiscal 2020 (which started on Jan. 30 and ended on July 28), its Tegra revenue fell 26% annually to $673 million, mainly due to lower SoC sales for the Switch.Nov 12, 2019

The God damned wire that runs horizontally across your face is there so you can shape the mask to your nose and cheeks.
Take note anons if you wear a mask, don't do it like this idiot. Also, plain paper masks filter large molecules for about 5 minutes. After that you are breathing through a mesh that has a higher concentration of contaminants than air does due to the merit that all the large molecules the mask caught are still fuckin there, and probably aren't held that tightly in place. N95 masks have the same shortcoming. After someone coofs on you, or you're in an elevator, traincar or just around a sick person the mask is soiled and is not guaranteed to stop you from breathing little coof droplets.
And, just wearing a mask while not covering your eyes is pretty much pointless. Get a UN/NATO/Israeli surplus gas mask and cbrn filters if you want to prance around during a pandemic.

https://mynorthwest.com/1758762/coronavirus-washington-seattle-flu-study/?

The state’s early detection of coronavirus began with Seattle Flu Study Director Dr. Helen Chu, who is credited with first identifying its presence in Washington.

“She’s a true American hero, [who] actually broke this epidemic identified in Washington state when no one else wanted her to test for the virus,” Harvard Chan School of Public Health epidemiologist Dr. Eric Ding told KIRO Radio’s Gee and Ursula Show. “Without her, this epidemic could have been 10 times worse.”

The Seattle Flu Study had collected nasal swabs from Puget Sound area residents with flu-like symptoms for months. Chu’s initial goal was to rework her lab’s testing to figure out whether coronavirus had arrived in Washington state, in an effort limit its spread as quickly as possible.

That request was denied by the federal government, who argued that because the project was specifically funded for the flu, she couldn’t test for a different virus, even as part of something that Dr. Chu viewed was in the public interest.

Wearing masks is mostly for the people coughing to prevent the spread of particulate onto everything around them.
You all do know this... right?
Also, the major entry points for this virus is breathing it in. Eye exposure is the least likely entry point.

If you want to go into public stay away from other people multiple feet.
Do NOT touch your face in public at all. Resist all urges.
Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly. Don't just move them around like a retard focus on actually rubbing every surface of your hands.
Wash your popular used devices such as your smart phone. All Hard surfaces you handle frequently should be washed.

The last one gets people. They wipe filth and virus's on their phone during the day, but then wash their hands and think they are clean. Then they handle their phone and their hands are just as dirty as before but they think they are clean. Then proceed to touch their face as everyone naturally does.

Curious to see if their finances are managed by a third party and typically they make moves around that time. From the podcasts I had been listening. To at the time, the stock charts the analysts used to use were replaced by maps of China and infection rate graphs. It’s not unreasonable to think some of it was just hiring asset managers with access to the best information, like I’m sure a lot of the big money did.

I know burger flipping robots are either available now or almost available, but I think what's stopping them from becoming mainstream is the upfront cost. People who don't believe in the tech would rather pay employees more money over a long period of time rather than invest a huge chunk of change into robot flippers, and also endure the bad press when they fire almost all of their staff.
There's even self serve ordering at some fast food places. I went into a mcdonalds once and there was a girl who was instructed to get people to order using the touch screen, and when old boomers said they didn't know how to do it she just asked their order and put it in for them.
We're a long way off, but it's sad that workers are being made to train consumers to get used to the machines that will replace them

You really want some human touching your food in the back? I dont desu. But yeah your post is correct, boomers dont know how to use touch screens and there are some preventing costs of full robots.

can you trade options on any stocks that have risen/fallen dramitcally in a short amount of time? it seems they more often than not retrace, under certain conditions. i've been working on this strategy for a while and i've got it sussed. so for example if a $100mil MC company goes 100% in a day, is it possible to buy puts before the close? or does the market know its more than likely to retrace(and therefore no options available)

And I used to be more sympathetic to fast food workers, but they fuck up my order so often that it's hard to feel for them. I shouldn't have to check my bag to make sure everything is there before I drive home, but it's basically what it's come down to

I should add, the last fuck up they made was a month or so back I went to mcdonalds to pick up food for my coworkers and I. We were splitting 40 nuggets and some fries.
>guy asks me at the window what kind of sauce I want
>tell him sweet and sour
>on the receipt he gives me it says 8 sweet and sour sauces
>get the order and drive back to work
>they didn't give us a single sauce
>have to drive back because no one wants nuggets without sauce, including me
>they barely say anything and just tell me to come to the window for the sauce
>they hand me a bag of like 10 sauces and without explaining it at all they give me a coupon for one free sandwich
I don't care that much about it, but it's just bizarre to me instead of saying something like "We're sorry for this mistake, please take this coupon" they just wordlessly hand it to me, like they're somehow too proud to say sorry

It's obnoxious because it's honestly not that hard. Someone orders 4 items? Make sure there's 4 items in the bag. It's just bizarre sometimes
>go to taco bell
>order a box meal, and a $1 quesadilla
>get to the window and the kid working it swipes my card, and then hands me it back along with the quesadilla and nothing else
>my box is sitting right in front of him
>he's just giving me the thousand yard stare like he doesn't know why I'm still here
>Tell him the box is mine too
>Takes him a full 5 seconds to register it and hands it to me
>Start to drive off, realize that he also forgot my drink
>Go into the parking lot before I head inside
>See the same kid at the register, decide not to make a scene or anything
>Politely tell him that he forgot to give me the drink at the window
>Again just stares at me wordlessly
>People in the kitchen behind him start yelling out who ordered the iced tea
>Call out and tell them it was mine, kid doesn't say a word as I get it
>Drive home
>See they also forgot sauce
That's the first time I ever called in and complained. Thank god I didn't see him there afterwards, wouldn't surprise me if he was fired.
