Basically impossible. Citizenship in most Asian countries requires decades. Thailand you have to be a resident in Thailand working and paying taxes for 10 years before you can start the process. It takes a lot of money, fluentcy in Thai, you have to do several interviews in Thai and sing the Thai national anthem all perfectly in Thai. The whole process takes about 25 years and even then they'll never accept you as one of them.

Lived there half a year after college. Was exhausting at the end. The first months were all fun, easy women, cheap scuba, food... then reality hunts you. Everybody hates you for some reason (well, you have more money than them and spend the day fucking their women so I don't blame them). Did it for about 6 months. Was a good experience but I wouldn't stay there long term. Did Chiang Mai, Pai, Koh Lanta, BKK, and Laos. Lots of motorcycling, lots of beach, fucked a lot of huwhite traveler girls. Comfy.

Expense wise I was paying around 300/month for solid places everywhere I went. 30-50 usd a month for motorcycle + gas, 16/month for unlimited super fast data plan, 1 usd per meal. Wasn't working at the time, as I only work when I'm booked and it was a slow time for my industry. I saved probably 40k by not being in LA waiting around for a booking to start. 6 months after I got to south east asia I got the call and came back to work. Would recommend. If I went back I would go straight to the islands but probably do Vietnam this time.

for me sea/beach access is critical so id throw eastern europe out of the window. the remaining options are balkans, greece, southern spain, southern italy, not familiar with portugal. besides every summer you have touring ukrainian escorts who will sleep with you for 100€ in all these locations. balkans will be cheap enough with living costs. other places you just have to avoid the major tourist areas. you could also choose a large island where it's easier to find a cheaper location by avoiding the tourist trap locations.

spain is the least traditional out of those in my opinion. there the women think very strongly they are independent and whatnot (although at least ties to family are still strong) and it would be more expensive than others. other women on that list are more traditional. In a large island like Sicily or Crete you can eat like a god and end up paying 20€ for dinner if you go the right places. I know for a fact 20€ can get you 1L of wine, a main dish, salad, a shor or two of raki and a dessert sometimes even some extra fruit like watermelon or grapes that they just give to you for free. So it is literally impossible to spend more than 20€ on dinner without your stomach bursting and the food is all excellent. My plan in your case would be to stay at an apartment just outside a decently sized town/city (within 20-30km max), eat like a god, enjoy the beach like a god, if you like the nightlife and bunches of people you can drive to the city or to a particular tourist spot, where the prices are a bit higher but if that's your thing you can drive there. I prefer quiet places to relax avoid the tourist shit and eat like a god at cheap prices and when I feel the need for some party just drive to the city nearby or take a taxi. If you want to get laid, just order the Ukrainian model that's touring there if you want to. if you need a bunch of average thai hookers for super cheap prices it will be difficult to find that but i dont know why people would enjoy mediocre experiences.
