I have enough to buy a house from investing less than a down-payment would be on an inner city dump. I'm going to wait a little longer for the foreclosures to start rolling in and put my stinks up as collateral to pay cash. Link keeps going up and I get to enjoy my full paychecks without paying rent. Taxes, insurance, and HOA are under $5k/yr in my area and just a 1.5mile bike ride to work, grocery store is even closer. Currently I'm paying about 14k/yr to rent so it's a nice little boost in free income for shitcoins and etfs.
