I have an $85,000 lump of fiat that I'm going to inject into crypto sometime in the next 2 months. I'm waiting for a huge discount. I'm very patient and immune to FOMO. Problem?

The cheapest Bitcoin in the past 12 month period was in March 2020. Buying 6 months ago would have been too early. I have plenty of time. I appreciate your concern for my financial wellbeing though.

Why though? Literally everything about your economic position needs to be evaluated. Why do you even have 85k in liquidity anyhow? Wtf

Even Gregory Mannarino is saying there won't be a stock market crash, and he accurately predicted the last one. They will keep pumping the stock market just like Venezuela or Zimbabwe. Your currency is going to depreciate in value, and you will lose everything.

I have half my money in cash still, just in case the market does crash again, but the other half is in gold, silver, and crypto, because I'd be a fool to leave myself completely unprotected. I don't want Bitcoin to jump $10,000 next week or gold to $2000 an ounce and never have the opportunity to get in again.

I trade only based on fundamental and technical analysis, all of which is screaming for a crash. I don't care what any one individual advises, whether it's Mannarino or Rothschild. Stock markets just had their best month since 1987 during a global financial crisis. It was a textbook dead cat bounce, and the pain will resume now. I maximize every dollar by buying only when midwits are drowning in blood. I do hold a tiny amount of silver that I won't sell btw, just for shits and giggles.

The setting is completely different now. Crypto has been institutionalized and tamed. Plus, there is a global financial crisis right now, the likes of which we have not seen since the Great Depression.

>>18822783
This is the only high quality retort in this thread so far. I reserve the right to continue sitting in and accumulating cash if the prices are not to my liking during the 2 month period. Like I said, I am very patient. I don't have a crystal ball to tell the future, but I know there will be blood.

I disagree. The push for more power and control over this world requires a standardization of currency and digital tokens for contracts. The technology is not yet fully developed, implemented, or tested. This leaves room for growth, and a surefire way to attract investors and developers is pumping money into this system.

A critical aspect of this is to bring all civilians onboard and using these currencies, which requires stability and growth. The more explosive profits and demonstrated usability and security, the more people will be encouraged to jump on. The mainstream adoption of blockchain technologies is the eventuality that must be realized should those in power wish to remain in that position.

We have the potential to help achieve that reality and profit from the work we put in. I am also looking at placing some funds into a few promising coins.

Mannarino argues that the price of oil and the yield curve tell us that there won't be a stock market crash. So he is using technical analysis. See what you make of his arguments.

He advocates investing in gold, silver, and crypto as an antidote to government money-printing; in the mean-time he is playing the stock market as well, but I don't do that. I'm going to be happy enough with tripling my money over the next two or three years when gold goes to $3000 and silver to $20.
