How is ghost created and distributed?

In the beginning, 6 new GHOST tokens are minted each block (60s).
3 GHOST are split between masternodes
2 GHOST are split between stakers
1 GHOST goes into a pool used for future GHOST development and growth

6ghost*60*24 = 8640 ghost a day
3,153,600 ghost a year so supply should run out in about 14 years

20k a for a super node. there can only be 675ish supernodes max to start if everyone had equal share of 20k
in that instance 4320 ghost are spilt between them every day giving 6.4ghost a day minimum
stakers i imagine it goes on the % of stakepool you have etc.and you would split 2880 ghosts a day

How do you guys deal with exposure to fiat currency exchange losses? So for example my main currency is CHF. On kraken I can trade CHF directly for BTC or ETH for example, but the volume is quite low and the spread might be a problem.

I could also trade the CHF first for USD or EUR (probably USD though), but I'm not sure if Kraken is a good fiat exchange. Should I maybe go through Forex for this?

Btw. at first I tried to do it with Transferwise, because the exchange rates are much better than whatever my bank would offer. But turns out you cannot use Transferwise on all the exchanges I tried. Only then I found out, that exchanging directly on Kraken is probably an even better deal?

what card did you try to use? Turns out especially fintech is very bad on exchanges. Seems like regulatory issues and whatnot. So for example Transferwise or Revolut are often not accepted.
