I don’t know about you all... but because of Corona this is the first time since college that I’ve felt alive. I have lots of silver and been waiting for something like this to happen for 5 years. The point where things get so bad that 1 silver merc dime will buy me a blowjob from a formerly well to do housewife and her 18 year old daughter at the same time. I’ve been waiting in the shadows laughing at these cuck husbands who buy their wives range rovers instead of buying silver bullion... knowing that I’ll be face fucking their wives mouths for the 1.30$ it cost me to buy that silver dime.

Just yesterday at Whole Foods I seamlessly entered into conversation about Corona with a roastie milf that had a ring on her finger in the water aisle... and I said this is all a cover for trump to bring us back on a gold standard. She started looking at me in amazement like she wanted me to paint her lips in cum. At the end of the conversation I’m like take my number l have plenty of protection and freeze dried food if you ever need it and she took it from me.

A new gold backed digital currency would literally be the greatest thing that could happen to the human race. It would incentivize:
1. Space exploration for asteroid mining
2. Fusion reactors for modern lead-into-gold

If you think about it, almost all exploration and colonization, as well as the entirety of mining technology which formed a basis for the industrial revolution, came about out of love for shiny rocks.

Pray for a gold backed currency for the good of humanity.

The big question, when will the current system collapse?
Why should is collapse in october?
Look back in 2011 a lot of people thought, the system crash is inevitable but the system survived.

>Look back in 2011 a lot of people thought, the system crash is inevitable but the system survived.

It's been explained many times why this is different from 2011. See picture. Level of debt, fragility of the market, maximum level on the yield curve, amount of money being printed to keep it down, size of the asset-bubbles, state of the real economy, and many more reasons.

>Why should is collapse in october?

It won't collapse in October. But that's when the Fed will institute YCC to prop the stock market back up. They will do it just before the election. YCC means unprecedented levels of inflation and metals and miners soaring to levels we can hardly imagine. The system itself won't collapse until we reach hyperinflation, which should take a few more years.

Are there any possible scenarios the worth of PMs will actually go down in the future? I can't think of any, so it seems like a no brainer to go in heavy right now. But it's hard to believe it would be that simple.

I don't think the full brunt of the financial happening will hit sooner than later (couple more years), but is there anything anyone can do to destroy the value of PMs? The only thing I can think of is faith in the fed, but if there are news stories of countries buying silver and gold (notably America's rivals), I would imagine that means they're aware that shiny rocks are a good leverage option to deal with any collapse of the fiat system. Even if the fed goes full zombie for longer than it should, which it already has anyway, when are you a loser with shekels? When no one else can buy them or the only people who can buy them control the pricing?

The U. S. can only make a new currency by defaulting. Its bonds would become as poisonous as those of Argentina. Interest-rates would soar. As America funds itself by borrowing money, social programmes and public services would collapse, and the military would dwindle away. It would go into immense poverty, because it is a nation of consumers, and has little real wealth. The manufacturing has all gone abroad. America lives by devouring the world's goods in exchange for worthless paper dollars, which were forced upon humanity by brutality and fraud. Once the dollar goes to zero, America is nothing. What is worse, its destruction will be blamed on capitalism rather than socialism, so that all efforts to rebuild will be futile.

GDP means nothing when you get it by printing money and going into debt.

https://www.bloomberg.com/graphics/2020-debt-and-deficit-projections-hit-records/

America funds itself by borrowing money. It is so heavily indebted that it can only do so if yields on bonds are minuscule. If yields go above even a couple of %, stocks, which are in an unprecedented bubble, will crash, (see late 2018,) and the budget will become unserviceable. America has two choices only. Default now, and completely collapse, or print tens of trillions to force down yields for a little longer, reach hyperinflation, and then collapse.

The stock market and housing bubbles would deflate, causing losses of up to 90%; pensions would be wiped out; all social programmes would be cut; the price of good and services would soar, because there would no longer be a strong dollar to buy them with; the dollar would plummet in value; unemployment would be lasting and horrific; and capitalism, instead of socialist central banking, would take the blame for it all, leading, possibly, to decades of misery under socialism.

In case of a default, the stock market and housing bubbles would deflate, causing losses of up to 90%; pensions would be wiped out; all social programmes would be cut; the price of goods and services would soar, because there would no longer be a strong dollar to buy them with; the dollar would plummet in value; unemployment would be lasting and horrific; and capitalism, instead of socialist central banking, would take the blame for it all, leading, possibly, to decades of misery under socialism. This is America's fate if it defaults. If it doesn't default, it has, at best, a few years longer before hyperinflation takes hold, and has to default anyway. Because, by this point, only tens of trillions per annum can keep yields sufficiently down for the system to function. They have tapered liquidity to $1.5 trillion per annum, and stocks are already slipping into a crash. It isn't enough.

look at their news reports, your wanting the company your investing in to be actively exploring with their capital. Drilling, trenching, magnetic scanning, basically doing something with the money they are given. Also look at their drill results if they have any. They will constantly be reporting their best finds, including new deposits or anomalies they didnt know about.
If a company is only discussing plans, or only talking up their claims without showing anything for it, than their probably crap and you should move on. Look for shoddy management,a constantly changing corporate structure is not a great sign. Depends on what you mean by fascism. Nazi Germany, for example, which was a reaction to the Weimar hyperinflation, was the typical welfare-warfare state, and highly admired by Keynes. Government spending was 35 percent of GDP. Wood and iron were rationed, citizens could barely buy pork, and rationing and long lines at supply-depots were commonplace. Citizens were denied the right to own gold.

*

"Hitler suspended the gold standard, embarked on huge public-works programs like autobahns, protected industry from foreign competition, expanded credit, instituted jobs programs, bullied the private sector on prices and production decisions, vastly expanded the military, enforced capital controls, instituted family planning, penalized smoking, brought about national healthcare and unemployment insurance, imposed education standards, and eventually ran huge deficits. The Nazi interventionist program was essential to the regime's rejection of the market economy and its embrace of socialism in one country."

https://mises.org/library/hitlers-economics

"Economist Joan Robinson wrote that, “Hitler had found a cure against unemployment before Keynes finished explaining it.” And indeed, rearmament and nationalized industry put every available German to work. There were so many jobs that the Nazis complained of a labor shortage and brought women in to the workplace, even though they were ideologically opposed to it. Unemployment had been cured. And yet, the people routinely suffered shortages. Civilian wood and iron were rationed. Small businesses, from artisans to carpenters to cobblers, went under. Citizens could barely buy pork, and buying fat to make a luxury like a cake was impossible. Rationing and long lines at the central supply depots the Nazis installed became the norm.

https://mises.org/library/starvation-and-military-keynesianism-lessons-nazi-germany

Keynes himself viewed the Nazi efforts with favor.

Also gold isn’t inconvenient at all, a tiny 1oz coin can store the same value $1,700 does. That’s incredible efficiency. One relatively small stack of twenty one ounce coins is worth over $30,000, far more than most Americans have in their bank account.

For the more well-heeled, a single, surprisingly small 10kg bar can hold $500,000 of value. This of course represents a theft risk, but there are companies like Bullion vault that can hold it for you, and while there’s a counterparty risk, it’s actually lesser than the risk normies take when they leave their USD money with banks who speculate wildly with it because “lol everyone isn’t going to demand their deposits all at the same time lmao”

I’m sure it will. DESU though I find it’s difficult to find the old pre-WW1 British coins at a reasonable price compared to pre-1964 US silver money, I guess it’s rarer because it’s well, older, so there’s been more time for them to be lost melted or otherwise removed from circulation.

You DO have to beware that coinage from the 1920s onwards is essentially all 50% silver or less by weight. There may be some exceptions like a few thuppences and sixpences, so correct me if I’m wrong, but British “silver” from most of the last century does have some silver in it, collectors’ value and I love getting some of them out of personal historical interest and as a hobby, but you cannot stack it for its silver content.

Basically no matter how shiny, unless it has Edward VII, Victoria or one of the earlier monarchs on it it’s probably not sterling silver. And coins that old tend to have a significant premium for their collectors’ value, not a bad thing but not the same as American junk silver that’s usually as cheap or even cheaper than the new coins.
