I went ALL-IN Aave (LEND) and used the Aave (LEND) as collateral to take out a USDT loan to buy more Aave (LEND), then used that Aave (LEND) as collateral to take out another USDT loan to buy even more Aave (LEND), then used that Aave (LEND) as collateral to take out another USDT loan to buy even more Aave (LEND), then used that Aave (LEND) as collateral to take out another USDT loan to buy even more Aave (LEND), then used that Aave (LEND) as collateral to take out another USDT loan to buy even more Aave (LEND).

Now I'm rich

Can I get a bit of background? What is your liquidation levels? Does LEND give somekind of dividend or interest? How leveraged are you? I'm all in LINK since 2017 and this is about the only other project I'm interested in. Thanks. I have thought many times about leveraging some LINK there for an over collateralized loan and getting some.

>> No.19901205

I did this as well. I went all in lend and used the lend to buy more lend to buy more lend to buy more lend to buy more lend. Not selling before coinbase listing

Obviously I understand continuously re- borrowing against the new LEND you bought with a stable coin; rinse and repeat.

Well I was hoping someone would give me a quick run down and maybe explain some of the nuance or mistakes they experienced. Perhaps even gave some sources where they learned about how the platform operates in detail. Obviously I'm going to research it myself. I forgot where I was at and people like you have internalized the faggot fedora wearing "intellectual superiority" edge lord mentality.

Its clearly all you have going for you, those have actual intelligent gladly share information and don't need to play mental gymnastics to try boost their self esteem.

Its so sad, how do you live with yourself?

I'm confused about the health factor. So you can only borrow 40% of the Aave deposited right? Then I borrow Stable coin pay 7% APR. IT doesn't say how the health factor goes under 1 though. Is it just tied to the price of AAVE? So if I borrow 40% and the price goes down 10% I'm now at risk of getting liquidated unless I add that amount to cover myself or repay the loan?

The biggest problem is that it says that even stable rate can get rebalanced.

I'm depositing DAI to lend USDT then margin it, any profits go back to LEND and I use it as collateral.

Another play is borrowing LEND to short sell it, then buying back into LEND, and deposit the extra profits to keep your health factor above your liquidation level.

Keep building up that apr and aave will come in fucking clutch when you'll need to borrow more money

>> No.19902127

>>19901904
Careful to borrowing alts other than dai/usd though cause for example: say you borrowed ETH and used DAI as collateral. Then you swapped your ETH for a other shit token. A day later, ETH pumps 5% to 10% or some shit. If you can't pay back the ETH you borrowed in time before your health factor goes below 1.00, then youll lose your collateral

Loans are overcollaterized, which means if he lends 10 Aave-Lend, he can only borrow 70% of the value (7 Aave-Lend) he would be rising his risk exposure by using all his leverage to loan

>> No.19902701

>>19902172
Yeah i know but buying at these levels is so fucking sketch, i'd personally just wait for when LEND goes in deep red to buy back a good sized bag. I'm just mainly on usd/dai because its easier to pay back when they always stay at $1.

Id be blown tf out if lend keeps climbing from here without dipping at least back to 10c

Golden Bull Run

Step 1. Go all in Lend.
Step 2: Use the Lend as collateral to get a USDT loan and use the USDT to buy more Lend.
Step 3. Repeat step 1 and 2 several times.
Step 4. As you buy more Lend the price of Lend increases and because you use Lend as collateral the value of your collateral increases so you can borrow more USDT to buy even more Lend

As the price goes up you can increase your stack without increasing your chance of liquidation
