I'd be careful with such labels because this coming system may be more likely to combine the worst parts of both communism and capitalism instead of pure communism. The term "communitarianism" (see e.g. Etzioni) is sometimes associated with these UN programs behind the WEF, but that's apparently not so clearly defined either.

But ultimately these are just labels. Whether you're in a totalitarian fascist or communist or "technocratic" or whatever else dictatorship, you're probably on the receiving end and the precise mechanics of how the rulers enrich themselves and screw you don't really matter.
