challenge yourself. explore. get outside of your comfort zone. go outside. learn about who you are by bumping into things, like a baby learning how to walk and stumbling into shit.

The key is intentionality. being intentional. if you let the isolation grow and pay more and more attention to it, it will dominate your life no matter what. you are the one who must take action to live your own life. decide to live an epic life, and it will happen. this decision is made over and over again, and comes into play with everything that you do. have an epic breakfast. have an epic workout. have an epic trading session. buy some epic silver. make things matter to you.

enjoy life, have fun, love yourself and smile. you're alive. good luck.

To day trade properly you only need 25k+ to escape the pdt rule. You can't really day trade with huge accounts because of spread slippage. I trade with 100k and anything over that I withdraw. I have a long term investment account with more than 100k in but thats a different story.

Was like you, just my business failed after 3 years. Was super depressed throughout and even more so depressed now.
Now what you can do and what I've tried:
>socialize within the community of your interests (you are a trader, find other traders to talk with and hang out, there are probably some seminars or gatherings of sorts out there)
>find a hobby- something you enjoy outside of your work- rock climbing, lifting, martial arts. Look for those that have a community if you are lifting then get into bodybuilding or powerlifting where there are people that are actually passionate about that stuff.
>sports in general are good- don't be a fat slob or a low energy skeleton.
>start dating- download all the dating apps you can find, buy a tripod and take pics of yourself if you got no friends.
>find events that interest you- concerts, seminars, festivals and go there.
>travel, get some tour guide or something and talk to other tourists or download tinder in that country and try to find a girl to hang out with you and show you around.
>go out in general, an hour walk a day, shits therapy and helps you just reset.
>get a laptop and trade at a library or a starbucks, helps me with focus but also a social place instead of your house.
Prolly missing some shit, but that's what comes to mind. If you can land a network of friends social things will start coming your way.

In general, once the money is figured out you need to get a physical hobby and a creative hobby. Think of why games are so compelling as opposed to real life. If you put in effort at a game, you get something out of it. Progression, skill improvement, rare gear. You need that irl too. For me the physical hobby is jujitsu, and the creative hobby is cooking. From jits I get physical confidence, good health, and camaraderie. From cooking I get the pleasure of increasing my skills, eating well, and the joy of feeding others. Both hobbies increase my attachment and understanding of the world in general, which makes me feel a sense of belonging. You should make a shortlist of physical and creative hobbies that you think you might like, and then go try them out.

Unironically brazilian jiu jitsu. It's become a bit of a bugman meme, and some academies are crap, but if you find a dojo that trains actual fighters its a wonderful experience. Anything with cross-training in wrestling or striking is usually a good bet.

Sailing is also AWESOME. I don't mean yachts, but wind-powered small boats. It takes money, which works out well, since you have money.

Now if I could just learn to do what you do, so I can have enough time to actually do the things I like to do. Fuck, its funny how it works, innit? I know exactly what I'd do with my freedom, and I can't figure out how to achieve it. You have achieved it, and don't know how to use it. Goddammit.
