Best crypto strategy I worked out for myself was to buy coins then walk away for a year. I bought more when bitcoin crashed down into the 3s and 4s, but didn't sell anything until this past month.

If I bought and sold based on gut feelings and intuition, I'd always be FOMOing into coins near local highs, or panic selling during market crashes. That's the natural human thing to do. It is also what will lose you money.
