I would check out Quant Network and see who they have on their board of directors.

Read up on SIX and their digital exchange SDX.

Also, look into the MasterCard news yesterday - they launched a CDBC test platform to help central banks explore interoperability use cases.

That’s a good start and will reveal further bread crumbs as you investigate.
