My depression was cured with the correct adhd meds. Little bit of stims helped me start getting shit done that lead into a positive feedback loop. I dont really get depressed anymore.

I will say whenever I did trip acid it slowed me down and made me reflect on what's important and what I need to do and stop doing to be more healthy. I'll get the studies one day when I can be bothered but micro-dosing according to a few sources seems to make you more paranoiad over time, so the longer you do it the more likely you are to go psychotic. Although it can be beneficial short-term (1 week), this isn't my opinion, I think one of the studies was Cambridge and there are other studies that show that some psychedelics lead to Neurogenesis at high-doses particularly Ayahuasca, DMT and LSD (Ayuhuasca is technically not just DMT and for whatever reason Ayahuasca led to more neurogenesis at higher doses than just straight DMT, hence it was categorised separately in the study).
