My portfolio is 80% balls to the wall risk, with the most Fundementally solid lowcap projects I know of in Silver/Gold mining, and a few crypto projects(it is naive to think crypto isn't the future, just as it's naive to not see the inherent value in precious metals)

The problem with Bayhorse is that it simply has too many current liabilities that it can't pay off with its current assets. I'm not a business genius, so I don't know how they will overcome this without diluting stock.

If I had the disposable income I would have no problems buying BHS but as of now I have to allocate my capital carefully. As an alternative I think Tinka resources offers a very good risk:reward ratio, although at triple the MC.

Its their government trying to squeeze corporate miners for money by forcing them to pay more when working in their country. Its an insanely short sighted plan as it will likely kill $2 billion in major projects and another $400 million in exploration work planned for this year in the country. All that money would have been spent in the country, now its in limbo. What a fantastic way to kill your resource sector off.

I don’t know about you all... but because of Corona this is the first time since college that I’ve felt alive. I have lots of silver and been waiting for something like this to happen for 5 years. The point where things get so bad that 1 silver merc dime will buy me a blowjob from a formerly well to do housewife and her 18 year old daughter at the same time. I’ve been waiting in the shadows laughing at these cuck husbands who buy their wives range rovers instead of buying silver bullion... knowing that I’ll be face fucking their wives mouths for the 1.30$ it cost me to buy that silver dime.

Just yesterday at Whole Foods I seamlessly entered into conversation about Corona with a roastie milf that had a ring on her finger in the water aisle... and I said this is all a cover for trump to bring us back on a gold standard. She started looking at me in amazement like she wanted me to paint her lips in cum. At the end of the conversation I’m like take my number l have plenty of protection and freeze dried food if you ever need it and she took it from me

Equities is big enough to park real massive money. Bonds was a good place to park massive money but that's not going to be so good going forward. The PM market is tiny. The issue will be that with a completely fucked economy and no recovery literally ever the share price is imaginary... just like PM prices. In the end... money will become worthless yet again. However, until that time governments will buy up real assets and businesses. And... which seemingly a good idea once everything turns to shit because the government can dictate the dead corpse of the economy back into reality... they really can't. Government is not full of the smartest people and they wouldn't have the faintest idea how to even string a wire down the road.

There are a lot of conspiracies and non-conspiracies around the Wu Flu causing all these issues and as such they can be sorted out. Regardless of what the truth is it's taught us something very unique – governments are completely besides themselves and actually helpless over something as stupid as the flu. And as things will get worse... and they will... maybe another virus et. al. that is actually serious it will be every man for himself while Baghdad Bob tells everyone everything is OK. We are staring into the abyss. We are witnessing the collapse of socialism trying to transform into communism.

And, those equities are going to mean nothing in the future. The final stop is PM. Watch the world burn.

Yes; all the silver spot prices you see, on Kitco, goldprice, etc., are based upon the COMEX spot price. It's not a 1:1 correlation, but it's very close. If people lose confidence in the COMEX, all those spot prices will become meaningless. It then only matters what the miners and bullion dealers are selling their product for. For example, to buy an ounce of silver from First Majestic's website right now, you have to pay $30.

The ETFs (GLD and SLV) are slightly different. We don't trust them either, but that's because we don't believe that the inflows of gold and silver alleged to go into them are possible. The contracts written to back them are also dubious. When you buy these ETFs, you buy a claim on the bank itself, not on the bullion; the bullion is what is called "unallocated"; so if the banks collapse, the banks can pay you off in worthless paper. Sprott's PHYS and PSLV are safe alternatives, as are BullionVault/GoldMoney/OneGold/GoldSwitzerland/Glint/Kinesis. At any rate, the price of the bullion which goes into the ETFs (allegedly) is based upon the COMEX futures market.

-

"Yes, since the company was a profitable mine and was only closed due to the revolution in 1913, there should be veins ready to mine today. I see no reason that the mine should not be profitable at todays prices for gold and silver. Since it was the highest grade mine in the mining district when it was operational, it should also be possible to get some very impressive drillresult from the current known veins. The stockpiles form a backstop for the valuation. The recent financing gives them enough resources to pull this through."

-

"I have wondered the same thing about hitting the Mother Vein at 400 to 600 meters. Two things, first, I think that would be icing on the cake. The cake being the stockpiles + u/g deposits that could potentially be mined economically. Second, hitting the high-grade Mother Vein at depth is a good problem to have. They would probably have to partner with a larger #silver / #gold player in Mexico, but that wouldn't be difficult to pull off in a bull market. Also, people should note that the Mother Vein very likely does intersect VanGold's property. The question is how mineralized is it?"

Picture related is the most important thing that matters, so far as the line on the screen is concerned.

I'm starting to think that we may never see a $30 silver spot-price again; but only in the sense that the COMEX will de facto default and lose all credibility soon. Then we buy directly from the bullion banks and miners.

Hi mate,
I've done my best to schiff and maloneypill my local friends, most have taken to it well, although gernerally still fall for the property only goes up meme and other mainstream opinions.

I am slightly guilty of that in the past myself, having got into the property market early myself (now 34 yo). Got about 60% equity over a few properties, but still a bit too much debt for my liking. Stacking in anticipation of it going up enough for me to be able to clear all debt.

Anyway, dunno if that even answers the question but would also like to hear your story.

Government regulation will be the only thing to keep prices going. All RE is unique, but having one buyer per one seller is going to really throttle appreciation. AUS pop pyramid looks similar. If the prices continue to appreciate (based on labor and regulatory costs), we will have many more multi generational household and you'll have to deal with a tax and upkeep liability while waiting for someone who likes your property more than the bank owned houses that are kept on the feds balance sheet or a foreign investor or investment firm.
