Exposure as in use of RSV throughout the world means more money is made with RSR since the stability needs to be maintained for the coin. Who cares about who is using it, what matters is that it is being used. The app also captures the remittance market (trillion dollar market) where people in first world countries can send it to these shitholes which allows you to make money off of it.
