Some of you think "make it" means WARREN Buffett rich. I disagree.

Depending on my strain and harvests I pull down about 100K a year. Some strains grow faster, allowing for more harvests per year, and usually more money. I tend to stick to Sativas as they're more rare (lots of Hybrids, CBD heavy strains, and Indica for Pain Patients) but tend to take longer to grow.
This means I harvest twice a year (at best). Usually average 1.8-2.2lbs per plant, at 650$ per pound at 150 plants (usually more like 130 plants because I don't use feminized seeds and occasionally have to pull at least a dozen Hermaphroditic plants), nets me 150K after taxes. From there, my electric bill is usually 20K a year with another 25K in miscellaneous fees (I do Hydroponics and dirt - I feel like Dirt Grown weed has more flavor).
It's really not a lot of work, though. Definitely better than wagecucking for 50 years.
And there will always be a market for weed. But if everything collapses, I have a property with well water and some solar panels (they don't come close to powering my grow sheds) and should be OK. Phew, got me ranting. Sorry. Growing weed is definitely worth it, anon. And it gives you plenty of time to shitpost and dabble on shitcoins.

There is a 6 unit apartment building in my area for about 500k. I could get a insurance free mort on it for only 100k. It would pull in, after expenses, about 3k a month. That is how much I made at my last job pre tax.

So a 200k profit stack would be make it money for me. Half to get thr place. The other half to live on and have padding for unexpected things.
