Hard fork means that they duplicate the coin and send the new one to everyone holding Ocean except for the hacker. Then they stop using the old one. It isn't really bad for Ocean, there is just a few faggots from other projects that like to fud. It could cause the price to dip possibly, but probably not a lot. They actually did a fork a month or two ago, when they created a new version of the coin and I don't think it moved the price much at all
