I mean, I dropped a good 2k on food and supplies in January and early February, but at least I didn't react to Corona because the news told me to. All the information we had in January made this thing look REALLY fucking bad.

I didn't understand the paper products shortages at all. I was more worried about food than making sure I had a huge surplus of toilet paper. I only shit like every other day so worse comes to worse, I'd just take a quick shower if I somehow ran out of toilet paper. Only things I really stocked up on were cans of chili, sardines and peanut butter. Those are all things I eat anyways, so I made sure I had a bunch just in case.

Everybody who had this information back then and wasn't a total fucking retard knew that a pandemic was inevitable and millions of deaths very likely.
I bought so much canned food and stayed indoors for about two months when Covid arrived in Europe - if I had thought about it a little more deeply I could have made a lot of money but sitting on half a years supply of toilet paper was especially fun so it's okay.
