IOTA's chart is depressing. It's only going downhill. It's also been the most hyped, and delivered the least from all other projects. It's been 3 years, and I haven't seen even 1 single "smart refugee city" made by them.

On the other hand you have Polkadot, which is still fresh, doesn't have as many bag holders as iota, and most importantly it has potential to scale blockchain.
