the less sitting you do the better. lie down take it easy. maybe buy a standing desk or a medicine ball for different ways to sit. hope you get better i have the same problem when i turned ~35/36

Consider taking Metamucil everyday. This helps get you into a regular poop cycle.

Use the Preperation H Suppositories if you haven't tried that. They're little bullets you stick up your ass, way better than the creams. It feels weird the first few times, your ass sucks them up and swallows them, and they stay there easily. Should go away in a week.

I've had the surgery done once, it's no fun even though they dope you up. But never had to get it again since, I've had scares but the suppositories always work for me.
