If you look at the candles during the downtrend, you see people were dumping but lots of people were interested in buying at a cheap price (long low shadows). Volume is still high. And selling pressure seems to be gone from the last 3 candles.
.45 has been a significant and strong support/resistance in the past and at the beginning of this bullrun.
