I see SEC claims constantly in the telegram and its annoying. Since I dont want to spread fud in there I usually just let them talk
1) SEC approval is only needed for selling eRLC to US companies/citizens directly or in an ICO... nothing more
2) coinbase doesnt care if you have "SEC approval". they'll list you if they can make money off of you (xrp is a essentially security and most tokens listed never got SEC approval)
3) the opinion theyre seeking is likely only because they plan to file for SEC approval to sell eRLC in the USA
