Have you made profit off of scalping? Do you believe it to be moral?

All I want to do i bringing good things into the world.
But to have a business, you have to pull out the money out of peoples bag, doesn't matter if they need or want something.
Just shittalk until you get their money.

On the other hand, if I don't take their money, someone else will.
Someone who truly is a scumlord.

That's an interesting take on it, without a doubt it's true, but doing "shady" things isn't necessarily the only way you can turn out a good profit, though I think it depends on the industry. You can be an honest person and sell a honest app ... and then sell their data to advertising companies (/g/tards lose their shit over this), is that "immoral" to sell your users information to advertising companies? The only hurt they're getting is targeted ads, I'd say it isnt explicitly immoral but a gigantic privacy issue that can be exploited for profit. In the end it's really all up to you, there's so many ways you could go about doing it. Another example is a company that makes physical products that are good and help people, awesome, except they outsource their labor to China and exploit child workers.

It's all up to you, really. No doubt it's easier to be a bad person and make money off of that.

don't need to be so blackpilled about it. Making money, particularly when it comes to businesses, is about fulfilling a market need, that sometimes coincides with something that is arguably morally gray but that's subjective most of the times.

You could argue that fewer people want to invest or work in un-fashionable business that society needs (eg. waste management, crematoriums, prisons) so it is easier to make money in them but that's a simplistic and unhelpful view. Focus on market need and try and make it coincide with something that interests you, if you enjoy it, even better.

Buiosness idea:
Found out rats et all kinds of plastics. Once i left a bucket with bird food and rats ate all the food including the bucket. They also eat wax candles or rags covered in oil. I have never seen any visible "plastic" parts inside their shit so it seems they can actually use this kind of food for methabolism. A rat can literally survive eating plastic trash. Here is the Idea. I save the worlds problem with trash islands in the ocean by putting rats there. how do i profit from that?!?

>> No.24703265

>>24703038
the rats dont shit out the plastic, the plastic stays inside of them until it kills them
you are only moving the plastic from one place, to whever the rat dies at, slightly chewed up and broken down
