It's like a normal liquidity pool on steroids and it grows insanely quickly if more liquidity enters any pool STA is involved in. On top of that you also have the deflation (which also has a use-case creating more fees) causing the token itself to become more scarce. I say it should be illegal because the more people pool, the richer they all get. Imagine if a lot of people were to do this, it would turn this clown world around completely, SEC would have to ban it or something lmao.

Look up how a Decentralized Exchange works. If you go and buy from one, you pay gas. This is the fee. This goes to those pooling. If you have pooled a large amount, you get a bigger cut of that fee. But because of deflation and autobalancing, there are way more transactions causing more fees.

>> No.25048055

Say you have pooled 5 assets, STA ETH LINK BTC SNX. The autobalancing means that the tokens have to be in constant ratios (20%x5) all the time right, this means that the autobalancer has to buy and sell those tokens, for which is pays a fee. If your amount in the pool is 10%, you get 10% of the fee YOU paid (mindblowing). Then we have deflation causing the pool to even after the first instance of balancing, become unstable as there is 1% sta missing. So it has to balance it again, and it again creates more fees. When you have multiple people doing this, you're quite literally making bank from maximizing how a DEX works. I'm so excited for the future of this little shticoin.

Quoting the Whitepaper:
The deflation causes the price of STA and Delta to go up. This would require
another rebalancing, which would cause the price of Delta/STA to move again
because of deflation, causing another rebalancing and so on. Though this price
movement doesn’t happen with every microtransaction, it happens on a macro
level and over time. The deflation causes positive price pressure, opportunities
for arbitrage, and added volume (which means more fees for holders).

I am 90% sure the pool itself pays for a transaction to re-balance, from which you get a cut of your own fee depending on how much stake in % you have in the pool. Let's say I have an autobalancing fund consisting of BTC, ETH, LINK, SNX. Then I have the same fund, but it also contains Delta (which is ETH, STA). Why would the second fund perform better than the first? You say it's because of DEX fees, but who's paying those fees?

I think you are not really understanding the concept either. In >>25047865 you said

>> No.25049318

>>25048935
I am very much white thanks for your concern.

The second fund performs better than the first because of the burn. This leads to the fund having to re-balance the pool again which creates more volume=fees, opportunities for arbitrage (more volume) and positive price pressure (from deflation).

Yea you're right. It's the DEX fee which is the money you are talking about. So whenever someone buys or sells, that cut goes to the liquidity providers, right. Then as I later mentioned, I'm not 100% certain but I believe the pool also pays for the fees in order to re-balance. (need confirmation)

So your basic argument is the value of the coin increases because supply decreases? I can right now create an ERC-20 shitcoin out of thin air and code it so that some of it gets burned after each transaction. Would my coin increase in value then? No, because it's literally a shitcoin that was completely worthless in the first place.

The team
now has to use the treasury from the nft auction to organise their own search team, because during this time of year it’s impossible to send ships out there. What’s left of the team is devastated and everyone is trying to pick up the pieces to get this dashboard through, all the while Abu and Megan are laughing in their new mansion in Nigeria as Abu enjoys the fruits of Megan’s transition, all the while Souvlaki is covert in Turkey trying to take back Constantinople, time is ticking and Christmas is approaching with a cold winter and still no dashboard in sight.
