I bought my place for ~100 BTC
If I had waited three years it would have costed me ~60... But i've been living it this house, cooking food in it, decorating it.
Next year maybe it would have only costed me 30 Bitcoin, but the point is eventually you want to start living. Can't buy back the time i've had in the house.
